Excellent Stay in Central Location

really good service easy access relaxing experience

The staff provided really good service. They assisted with every request. The location allowed easy access to many attractions. The spa offered a relaxing experience after long days of sightseeing. I used it a couple of times. I found a bottle of Prosecco waiting in my room upon arrival.

The elevator is quite small. Fitting in with luggage was tight.

The room included ample space for luggage storage. The bed offered great comfort, ensuring restful sleep. There was a modern bathroom with high-quality toiletries available for my convenience, we loved the spacious layout.

The staff demonstrated amazing attentiveness and promptness in addressing needs. They were very kind! Check-in occurred quickly. All processes felt smooth. The concierge gave detailed directions to nearby attractions and restaurants, it helped a lot.

Breakfast featured a wide variety of fresh pastries and fruit. The dining area remained clean. Well kept during service. The coffee machine provided several options including espresso and cappuccino and was easy to use.

great breakfast comfy rooms nice staff small room limited space inconvenient storage

the breakfast each day proved to be great. the rooms were a bit tiny, but comfortable nonetheless. the staff was very nice, polite and accomodating (i especially remember one staff member, they were so helpful!).

the room size is ridiculously small, it really is not fit for two people. there is barely any room around the bed to walk and no chair or anywhere to sit. storing cases was difficult, i kept moving them around the room.

amazing stay, loved it!

helpful staff clean rooms

i booked the hotel very last minute and was thrilled i did! the staff were wonderful and so helpful with directions to local attractions. the rooms were very clean, and the location provided great access to everything i wanted to see. i really enjoyed the short walk to the main street!

the lift was a bit small. when you have a lot of luggage, it is hard to fit everything inside.
